By accessing Agentor (formerly Locale), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Artificial Intelligence & Data Accuracy

Crucial Disclaimer: Agentor uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and third-party APIs (including OpenStreetMap) to generate neighborhood profiles and rent estimates. AI is experimental and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated" data.

All information provided is for entertainment and initial research purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the safety, pricing, and suitability of any property in person.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are billed securely via Stripe. Refunds for paid subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial charge, provided minimal AI analysis limits have been consumed.
