Welcome to Agentor. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

Agentor provides an AI-powered property and neighbourhood analysis tool. We use algorithms to match users with London areas based on lifestyle preferences and provide aggregated data on rent, commutes, and safety.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are billed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a full refund. By immediately accessing Pro features upon purchase, you expressly request early supply of digital content and acknowledge that this right to cancel may be lost once the service has begun.
• Refunds: Outside the statutory cooling-off period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the initial charge, provided minimal AI analysis credits have been consumed.

3. User-Submitted Content

When using features like the AI Property Check, you may submit text (such as property listing descriptions) or chat queries for analysis. You represent and warrant that your submission of such text for personal analysis does not violate the terms of service of the third-party platforms from which the text was sourced. Agentor claims no ownership over your inputs and processes them solely to generate your requested intelligence reports.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Agentor platform. This includes, but is not limited to: scraping our data, attempting to reverse-engineer our algorithms, sharing premium account access, or using our AI systems to generate abusive or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Agentor and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. You agree that your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Agentor platform — including our scoring algorithms, neighbourhood data models, UI design, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Agentor and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any data you input into the platform (postcodes, lifestyle preferences, chat queries). Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Agentor. By accessing our service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this condition is not met.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
